2018 Annual Election
The Annual Election will be held March 27, 2018 at the Clubhouse. Attached in the link below you will find the annual meeting notice, ballot and 2017 Annual meeting minutes. Please complete your ballot and return via mail, fax or email to frontdeskaz@totalpm.com or you may cast your vote at the meeting. 


Tile Roof Cleaning and Repairs
KDK Construction has been awarded the contract for the cleaning of all tile roofs, completing any necessary repairs/tile replacement, and resealing of vents. The project is expected to begin at the beginning of February and be completed by the end of March. 

Tree Trimming
Harris and Sons has been awarded the contract for the trimming of interior and exterior trees throughout the community. We thank you in advance for your support while we complete this important project.

Community Wide Painting Project

The Board has been reviewing painting proposals from several vendors. At the January meeting, the Board and homeowners present opted for option # 5 which you will find in the link below. We are still working on proposal amendments based on the use of Dunn Edwards Paint and once everything has been finalized and a start date scheduled, notice will be sent out to all owners and tenants.

  • September 25, 2018
  • November 27, 2018


All meetings are held in the community clubhouse at 6:00 p.m. Hope to see you there!
